2. Services Provided: IGHO Inc offers courier services to deliver goods and services from one location to another. Additionally, we provide a platform for restaurants and chefs to display and sell their IGHO food. IGHO Inc also offers delivery services for the food sold on the platform.

3. User Responsibilities: a. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any content you post on the platform while selling your food items.
b. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing food safety, hygiene, and quality while preparing and selling your food.
c. As a customer, you are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct address, contact details, and any specific instructions.

4. Ordering and Delivery: a. Customers can place orders through our platform and select their preferred payment method.
b. Delivery charges may apply, and the customer will be informed of these charges prior to making a purchase.
c. We strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. IGHO Inc shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery.
d. In the event of a failed delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, an additional delivery fee may be charged for re-delivery attempts.

5. Cancellation and Refunds: a. Customers can cancel their order before it is dispatched for delivery. However, cancellation may not be possible once the order is on its way.
b. Refunds shall be provided in accordance with our refund policy, which can be found on our website. Refunds may be subject to certain conditions, such as the nature of the product and the reason for cancellation.

6. Liability: a. IGHO Inc shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or mishandling of goods during transit, except in cases of gross negligence on our part.
b. In situations where food items are sold through our platform, IGHO Inc is not responsible for the quality, safety, or compliance with food regulations. Such liability lies with the respective restaurant or chef.
c. IGHO Inc shall not be held liable for any losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

7. Intellectual Property: a. All content, including but not limited to logos, designs, and texts, on the IGHO Inc platform and website are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be used without our prior written consent.

8. Modifications: IGHO Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate access to our services, with or without cause or notice, for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

10. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
